To report a claim, call our Claim Line (1-800-527-3907) or submit your claim online. It's our goal to help you get your situation back to normal as soon as possible.

We make it easy for you to do business with us

Our licensed agents are thoroughly trained on the Foremost specialty insurance products, so you can get different types of policies from one dependable source. We'll provide courteous, knowledgeable service.

If you'd like an insurance quote from the Foremost Insurance Service Center, or have questions about any of Foremost's insurance programs, we're happy to help you.

And if you already have a policy with the Foremost Insurance Service Center, we're here to help when you have a question and need service for your policy. You can also report a loss anytime night or day. Many losses can be handled right away by telephone. If your loss needs the attention of a field adjuster, we normally contact you within 24 hours after your call to set up an appointment for a visit. This timeframe may differ during a major catastrophe.

Reporting a claim:
You can call to report a claim anytime day or night. Just call 1-800-527-3907.

Our claim office is open:
Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET
Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET
When you call during these times you’ll speak to a Foremost claim staff member. If it's possible, please have your policy number handy when you call.

If you need to call us when our office is not open, please do so. Your call will be answered anytime day or night. After hours, our emergency service answers. The person who answers will ask you questions about your loss.

If you have damage, whether you're at home, on the road, or on the water, we’ll act quickly to get you help right away. Then our operator will arrange to have a Foremost claim staff member contact you no later than the next business day to begin working with you on your loss.
