The setting The Foremost Insurance Service Center is located in the headquarters of the Foremost Insurance Group. Nearly 80 members strong, ISC is a diverse group whose experience level ranges from several months to 20-plus years. Each person brings their own personality to the job. You won't find robots working here just real people with a genuine desire to help you with your insurance. And yet more... A basic philosophy the group shares is we go to bat for each other. We want to see each other do well. When a promotion is earned or a job is well done, congratulations flow. Experienced employees share their knowledge with trainees. To help all agents improve their skills in working with customers, supervisors monitor calls and coach employees on areas to improve. We make certain service is top-notch and agents are trained on how to get better. Most of ISC's management team were telephone representatives, themselves talking with customers every day. We take pride in staffing the Foremost Insurance Service Center with top-quality employees. Pre-shift meetings are held before our agents take to the phones. We're up on the latest news and happenings, system updates, program changes, coverage improvements, rate changes, threatening weather like hurricanes and wildfires, and other company happenings and communications.
